https://agora-cpgs.outsystemscloud.com had been wakened up on 22 Oct 2018 but when I tried to connect using service studio

It was woken up by me yesterday (22 October 2018).

What happens when you press "Create App" - do you still get the "asleep" error? If so, I think it's time to contact OutSystems Support.
