Forge/Outsystems tab stuck on loading

In service studio, my Outsystems tab is stuck on loading. The other users in my company are experiencing the same issue. We are running a local environment. Is there a configuration or some setting that I should check?

Maybe you can 

Edit -> Preference -> Restore Defaults.

But it seems like issue with the entire server connection and not an Individual system issue.

If this does not help you need to raise a support ticket.


Not sure why this worked for us, but here is something to try for anyone else having this issue. I took my laptop home and connected to the forge via the outsystems tab in service studio. The next day when connected to my work network, it started working again. I had a remote worker with the same issue try disconnecting from the vpn, connecting to the forge, then reconnecting and trying again, and it worked for him too.
