Hi Kilian,

I would like to know that the remote server is our application server or its trying to connect to any product things.

Like to know what exactly is happening?

Hi Ajithkumar,

The native app builder, is a remote service. It is not in your infrastructure.
Try again to see if it is still happening?

Are you trying from a personal? or from and enterprise environment?

Hi Ajithkumar,

I don't understand what you're saying. What do you want to know? Does it have a connection to your original question?

Hello Kilian/RG,

This is also regarding the same as Ajith mentioned.

Whenever we are trying to generate the mobile app from Service Studio, we are getting this error states that "Unable to connect to Remote server".

Please find the below error for the reference

[1] Unable to connect to the remote server
   at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetRequestStream(TransportContext& context)
   at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetRequestStream()
at ssServiceCenter.CcNativeBuilderServices.ActionPostRequestBuild(HeContext heContext, ICcNativeBuilderServicesCallbacks _callbacks, String inParamRequesterId, String inParamPlatform, STPostRequestBuildRequestStructure inParamRequest, STRequestBuildStructure& outParamResponse)

Can you please help on this?

Hey Sripriya!

In the service studio, go to the 1st tab (the black one). See you can reach the forge.

If you can, i suggest you to reach outsystems support.

Let us know how it goes,

Cheers,

RG

I was also facing the same issue. Initially, I was referencing the camera plugin client actions from my module. I removed the reference and tried generating the app then. It worked! Seems to be due to some glitch with OutSystems.
