Seems your Personal Env is on Outsystem-10.

Do login on Web Service Center & check the Platform Outsystem Version


Or If you have Outsystem-10 installed , check the same with it.

My personal environment was upgraded to v11 weeks ago. I have been working in it just fine up until yesterday afternoon when the site stopped responding. I cannot check the version with Service Center because I cannot connect to the site at all. Attempting to browse to https://portal-sandbox.outsystemscloud.com/ returns 'Site Cannot Be Reached'...

It seems like this site might not exist or is down.

I tried going to the ServiceCenter Url:

https://portal-sandbox.outsystemscloud.com/ServiceCenter

It says this site can't be reached.

Have you tried logging in to oustystems.com and looking at the Personal Environment tab to confirm URL is correct and that the site is running?

You should see something like below:

Hi Andres,

Yes, I can get to the personal environment tab from OutSystems.com....


And if you press "Manage Apps" it takes you to lifetime, there you can see the Environment health.

Have you checked if everything looks fine there?

I can reach it just fine now, so I guess it's up again?

I can reach it today. Have you done anything or opened a ticket with OS?

Thanks everyone for the responses!

Previously, I was unable to reach LifeTime. Everything was dead as a door-nail. Now I am able to get to LifeTime and everything is green on environment health except for Deployment. The history indicates that support probably did an IIS reset on the site to kick-start everything. Unfortunately, the deployment service is still not running. I'm going to reply to the ticket and ask them to try restarting my deployment service.
