[SAML Platform Authentication] Configuration issues / backout

I finally got this all installed, but have two issues...


1. When I hit https://MY_LIFETIME_SERVER.outsystemsenterprise.com/LifetimeIdPClient/SSO.aspx I see the following error message before I am even prompted for login / pass: UNABLE TO PROCESS REQUEST Invalid Username.


2. Having proceeded with the entire instructions, apparently not in order due to my confusion regarding how to install apps on the lifetime server itself, I now find myself and all others locked out of every administrative app across all environments, and studio itself. Are there any existing back doors that will allow me to get in and reconfigure or turn off SAML until I figure out the issue?
