Hi,

I have setup IDP mobile & it is working perfect with Okta, but when I try the same setup with our Internal ADFS, the page is not opening.

I have test the ADFS url seperately with below Browser:

BrowserName   - Result

Chrome [ Mobile & Web]  : Working

CustomChromeTab : Working

InAppbrowser : Not Working

InAppBrowserEvent : Not Working

InAppBrowser[IDP] : Not Working

Thanks,

Assif

Hi Assif,

If the issue is that when the InAppBrowser opens, and instead of loading ADFS login page, the content it's all blank, that's usually a certificate chain issue on the page that the InAppBrowser are trying to access. That's related with the native implementation if the inAppBrowser and depends on the device itself. The problem is usually due the device rejects the SSL certificate chain of that page due some invalid policy.

Another common situation is when your IdP server wants http basic authentication, which is not supported by the InAppBorwser as well.(if that's the case you need to change the authentication method on ADFS to a standard login screen where the user puts the user and passwd)

Hi Telmo Martins,

Thanks for the reply.

You catch the issue :)

Yes, the ADFS URL was http.

I will check the same with https-URL & get back to you.

Cheers,

Assif
