Switch environment deployment order in LifeTime

We have 2 environments created, Production and Development. For some reason on LifeTime, the Production Environment is showing before the Development Environment. I am not sure who created these environments but perhaps they have not selected the correct order.

My question, is it possible to change the order of the environments in LifeTime? I have attached the screenshot for reference.

But I can't see 'Infrastructure' page in LifeTime! I attached screenshot of my LifeTime console. I tried to login using an Admin user and Power user and both don't have the 'Infrastructure' page showing. We are using OutSystem Cloud infrastructure.

Is this Infrastructure restricted to certain account types or license?

Sorry, I sent an example from our on-premise installation.
Generally, OutSystems manages cloud accounts. You may not have permission to switch order.

I think you should create a support ticket about that.
