Icon component in service studio showing as N/A after recent windows update

After recent windows update, i realise the icon is displaying as N/A in the service studio even though it is rendering correctly in the web browser.

Are you still having this issue? This usually happens when lost connectivity with server and we are not able to get the icons of RichWidgets from the server. It should be a momentarily issue.

icons are hosted externally, so this could be a firewall problem or Internet Connectivity Issue.

we are on prem but still cannot see the icon in dev studio.

Quick explanation:

That is appearing because the icon webblock has:

@import url(/RichWidgets/Theme.FontAwesome.css);

/* fallback for offline web editor, the icons are not available */
.fa:after {
    content: "N/A";       
}

However, in the CSS FontAwesome file was added:

body .fa:after {
    content: "";  /* revert offline font: fallback */
}


So, at this moment you should have no more problems with the "N/A" :)

It's only on the IDE where it appears the fallback title as "N/A", there won't be any issue with the web view.
