Personal Environment stuck in "Waking Up"

I signed up last week. Haven't been able to connect to my personal environment since. When I sign in, I get this:

When I go directly to the application and try to sign in, I get the following:


Any reason as to why this is happening and how to fix it?

it happens when you don't use the environment frequently , logout and login should work.
