When I try to connect with my personal environment always receive an connection error. So I tried to open it manually on the browser but I just stay in the "Loading Your Environment" screen.

Is something wrong with my environment?

have you checked https://www.outsystems.com/home/Platform.aspx to see if your personal environment is currently active? After not being used for a while, OutSystems puts them in a kind of sleep mode and you have to ativate / "wake" it again before you can use it.

Yes, I'd checked it... I really was not using my account, but I woke it up before to try the connection. Now I can se a green point on the right side of my personal address, but when I go to "Manage apps"  stay in the loading page :(


Anyone to help me? :(
I don't know what can I do to fix it...
