Not able to connect personal environment - Host Not Found

Hi Team,

Would Request Help In Solving the Below Issue.

When trying to connect to personal environment from the IDE, getting the below error:

"There was an error contacting <my>.outsystemscloud.com': Host not found."

Have tried checking the environment health by hitting https://<my>.outsystemscloud.com link also , The applications are seen in the Lifetime --> applications tab  and even platform health in the Environment tab says "platform health is ok".

It was working fine Before ,Suddenly since yesterday I am getting the Error while connecting to Personal environment.

Did you check your environment up and running ? if you don't see green mark, then something wrong.

The Personal Environment under the platform tab show green light.

Hello Siddhi,

You did well in opening a Support Case.
This is a connection problem, and once you verified that your environment exists and is not "sleeping", only the Support can help.

As a side note, you are not the only person to have problems to reach the Personal environment. It seems that the Personal system is suffering some technical difficulties.
