Hi

When sending emails using native outsmail sendmail, everything works except sending the body of the email.
The message is sent with the subject, the to, from and with the attachments.
Can someone help please?

Thank you

Hi Carlos,

It would be really helpful if you provided  a sample, some screenshots, etc. Without any of that, my assumption is that you are not populating the correct variable or not passing something correctly.

Hi,

Just as a remainder,.

1. email is sent in a separeted session. So, any information about the current session must be passed as input parameters. You need to use input variables to pass to the email information If your email body is dependent on user id or session variables, for example.

2. Some email clients, like Gmail, may hide the body, or not render it properly depending on how you designed your email. For example, icons, being a font, not an image, usually are not rendered.

But as Stacey pointed, you need to provide more info. Just saying the body is not sent isn't enough :)

Cheers

Thanks for the replies.
In the meantime I understood what I was doing wrong.
This forum continues to be exemplary in terms of inter-help.

Best regards.

Hi Carlos,

Please, don't keep us in the dark... ;)
Tell us what was the problem.

OK.
It was a simple, stupid thing on my part. I was simply not passing information to the email field. :)
