Problem conection to personal environment

I can't connect to my personal environment ,

The second image shows the status of your environment, and there's no button to wake it up? Did you check whether you can access Service Center? If you can, please take a look at the Monitoring/Environment Health page, to see if everything's green.

yes i  have access , and it seems that everything is fine, but I have not been able to connect to my personal area for two days

Mmm, that's really weird, I'd advise you to contact OutSystems Support to see what's wrong.
