Users espace - Web Access is disable. Please contact you Service Center Administrator

Hi all,

I'm getting this error below on service center when trying to connect to "Users" espace from the browser.

This is only happening in our Dev and Test Environments but is working ok in Production.

I can login with "Administrator" role but I can't see any place where I can change settings for this app to allow Web Access.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how can we sort it out?

Thank you in advance!

Cheers

Hi Gonçalo,

Does this happen only with Users application?
Are the licenses active?

Cheers.

Maybe it has something to do with the Internal Network configuration ...

Hi Eduardo,

yes, it's only happening with Users application.

I checked and both licenses (Dev and Test) are active.

Thanks for your help.

Cheers

Hi Joao,

I'm trying to access from our office but some colleagues are trying to access it also outside of the internal network (from home without VPN) and they are also getting the same problem.

Thank you for your help.

Hi,

I never saw the error.

Assuming you didn't upgraded the platform recently and something went wrong I recommend you to open a support ticket.

Solution

Hi Gonçalo,

The Users application has a Site Property to AllowWebAccess. Maybe this value was set as False in Dev and Test Environments. You should open the Users Espace in your Service Center, go to Tenant tab and click in the Default Tenant. So you will be redirected to the right Site Properties page.

No, we didn't upgraded the platform recently, we are still on version 10 since few years ago.

Yeah, I think I will do that, open a support ticket.

Thank for your help Eduardo.

Ah!

Learning something new :)

Thank you, Fantato!

Hi Fabio,

your steps did the trick! Thank you!

Like Eduardo said, always learning new stuff ;)

Thank you all.
