I requested an update of my environment on Friday and it has been under maintenance since then. I need to do some work on it and I cannot access it. I opened a support case and it has been over 24 hours with no response, Can anybody come up with a possible suggestion on how to resolve this or do i just have no choice but to wait for Outsystems to handle the support case?
