Lifetime: Production Environment continuously syncing

Hi everyone,

I'm deploying apps to prod environment, and i'm noticing that Prod environment is continuously syncing since last Saturday.

Any hint of what may be happening?

You could have a look in ServiceCenter > Monitoring > Processes, filter on LifeTimeEngine and see if any Sync processes got stuck somehow. Terminate those to see if it fixes the continuous sync loop.

We're using the following component for monitoring processes.
https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/1313/bpt-utils

We also have the same issue from time to time. You can terminate those processes like Nordin already mentioned above. Then, of course, you should trigger synchronization again to sync applications version.

Hello Helena, 

You can follow the advice here. Personally, I would say that any problem with Lifetime should be addressed by the Support, for three reasons:

1. It is an OutSystems system application. 

2. They can tell you exactly what's going on. 

3. You provide info that can be used by OutSystems to improve the application.
