Hi community, I have an app already on production, and with some updates some users have an issue where the app asks to reload, it tries to reload goes again to the reload screen and the app does not load, after the user clear the app storage it opens without a problem.

I'm not able to reproduce this problem, 

what I'm looking now is a way of logging the device error stack, so that I could see what is happening

Does anyone has a good solution for this?

I assume that you're not seeing anything helpful in the Service Center error logs or related logs?

Do you have a large enough body of users to detect trends around which devices are having issues?
