i can not create app because template are not displayed.The same error for web and mobile.

I think Service Studio software was installed normally, because when i changed to an other account, it work fine.

Can you check my account and reset all settings for me ?

What template are you trying to use?

Is the template already installed on this environment? You mention changing accounts, it might be that on the other one the templates have been installed and not on this one. 

If this is the case press the Get more... button and install the template that you wish to use.
