http://ServiceCenter/ServiceStudio/Apps_ListTemplates.

Server did not recognize the value of HTTP Header SOAPAction: https://ServiceCenter/ServiceStudio/Apps_ListTemplates.

I am getting the above issue on the creation of a new application. I am able to continue working on previously created applications, but a new team member can't create an application to follow the tutorials.

You need to provide more details:

  • What version of the OutSystems platform are you on?
  • Is your infrastructure self-managed or in the OutSystems managed cloud?
  • What version of Service Studio are you on?
  • What (if anything) has changed between when it was working, and when you started seeing the issue? Did you update the platform version? Did you update Service Studio? Did you change anything about the teams/roles/etc. for the developer users in Lifetime?

Nothing was changed, self managed and the hopefully the versions you require are shown below.

Why is it trying to connect to a https://ServiceCenter/ServiceStudio/Apps_ListTemplates. without the domain name?

Thanks, Brad

Solution

This has been resolved and was the result of my not installing the oaps from the program files directory after a new service center installation. I think. This showed as a different version number for service center and the system template oap. if my terms are correct.

Hi Bradford, could you elaborate a bit on your answer? I have the same issue after setting up new on-premises environment, what exactly do you mean by not installing the oaps from the program files directory after a new service center installation? What about the version difference?

Hey Michal,

When installing a new service center on my machine new versions of oap files that correspond to the installed version were placed in the install directory. These need to be loaded and deployed to service center.

Thanks, Brad

Thanks very much, that helped to fix the issue.
