Timeout connecting to the environment


Since Monday I'm a getting a timeout when trying to connect to my personal environment through the Service Studio.

I'm also not able to open the Service Center. On the platform home i can see a green dot next to my personal environment name. I've tried different networks and increase the timeout time also without success.

I already opened a case and i'm waiting for the reply.

Does anyone else having the same issue?

My personal is Ok, but they live in "clusters" so if your cluster is with problems, others will likely not have noticed anything.

Those cases usually require OutSystems Support intervention, so if everything seems "green" but not even the Service Center is reachable, even if you change the Network (trying from home, office, hotspot, etc.), than only Support can help.

If you already opened the ticked, I think you did everything you could.
