just tried so didn't work ,any other solutions ? thanks for the help!

The only other thing I can think of is that your publish failed, so check the true change window for any errors.

if the true window is the one down below then nop it gives zero errors and there is no problem in it at all as you can see and still cant preview my data

This is the exact problem that I am having. It started today. The publish is successful but the data is no longer view-able. Additionally, the application can save and display data but you cannot see it in the Service Studio.

I have submitted a support ticket and will certainly pass on what they have to say.

Same issue here, bootstrap data into table, no errors as far as I can tell unable to view data in Service Studio. As above seems like it started today.

Hello, we're having the same issue with our modules/service showing the same error even after publishing. For how long do you think this issue will be fixed since there was a support ticket that was raised already? Thank you!

I am also having same problem(To preview your data, you need to publish). It started today.

Is anyone got solution for this please share.

Thank you.

Solution

Hi, everyone!

Just a quick follow-up on this topic. A new version of Service Studio was released, with this bug completely fixed.

If you have your settings with auto-update marked as on, no further action from your side is needed since Service Studio will be updated automatically.

Or, you can find this new version here for download.

Just a reminder that you'll need to publish with the new version so that the capabilities come back to normal.

Thank you so much,

Ângela
