Automatic Activity not starting

Hello people,


Can you help me? I have dozens of processes with active instances, these processes are automatic activities, the problem is that these processes are not executed, they are not started.

Does anybody know how to solve this?

Have you checked the Process statusses in Service Center? What status do they have? Ready?

The process is OK, Status is as instance asset.


I really don't know what you mean by "as instance asset". I mean is the process "Active", and if it is, is the current activity "Waiting" or "Listening" or "Closed" (in which case it's not the current, but you might expect it to be) - all as visible in Service Center, like this:

Over 200 active instances

And don't change status after start

And there is a list of processes with the same problem.

The environment is all right

And in the Scheduler service sleeping
