I have a glitch on the screen when accessing the created app.

As you can see the above images, there seems to be a glitch on the screen.

Despite the proper display screen on Service Studio, this is what happens when I try to open the app and access it.

The details will be writen with the red character on the second insert image.

I am not sure what is the cause and what is my next move....

Do you know anything about how to solve this glitch?

I look forward to it!

Hi Tsubasa Yoshikawa,

I belive that your problem is related to the Theme you are using and/or the css applied to the page.

Can you attach the .oml file so that i can give it a look ?

Hi Tubas Yoshikawa,

When regarding your .oml i couldn't find anything that justified the behaviour indicated.

Since i can't publish your module on my environment could you, in runtime, inspect the element "logo" and send print of the css ??

Something like this below.

This way we can try to identify what is wrong.

Best Regards

The above insert image is print of the CSS.

Should I revise the CSS in Login Tab?

I'm not sure about my problem....

Tsubasa,

When attaching modules (OML) files here for people to inspect and test, please, do not zip them. Just attach the original file, otherwise it is not possible to publish and test, becoming much more difficulty to help.

Cheers

Sorry about that....

I actually didnot realize that.  I make sure not to make this happen again.

I have attached my .oml file as it is.

I'd like you to check it if you don't mind.

Best regards,

Solution

Hi Tsubasa,

I tested in different browsers, including Internet Explorer 11:

As you can see, I am not able to reproduce your error.
So, it not seems to be a problem with your code.

First question: What version of browser are you testing, and if you change browsers (like to chrome or firefox) it behaves properly?

Second question: What version of OutSystems UI have you installed in your environment?

Cheers.
