Hello

I would like to change the Sender email that differs from the default email which I set in Service Center


As I try a function of EMAIL is 

EmailAddressCreate("name",Email)

the Result: It changes only sender name but email is still the default.

This is the log of email from Service Center

It sent from the new email.


The email that I actually got

I got the new Sender name but it sent from the default Email.

Also, It looks different from the log that shows in Service Center


Could you please advise me any configuration or function that can help me to change the email of sender ?

Hi Gift


It seems you are using gmail and it didn't allow you to change sender address.

Maybe you can change the setting of your gmail account to allow different address.
