Restart a Personal Environment

If our Personal Environment freeze for any reason we can already make a restart.

I am having a problem with my personal environment. I am unable to reach it via Service Studio.

I keep restarting it already for a few times and nothing happen. 

Have you encounter this issue before and suggestions on how to resolve this?

PS: i have not exceeded any threshold like database file size.

Michael, what is the error message you are seeing in Service Studio?

Can you access service center for your PE and perhaps see some errors in the logs that could help us identify your issue?

Yes, I can login to the Personal Environment Service Center. Please see below logs but this is yesterdays log(Current Timezone in Philippines is 08/20/2019 9:30AM)
