Unable to login personal environment

Am unable to connecting to my cloud.

Getting Error:- There was an error connecting to 'name.outsystemscloud.com'

-- Yes, is the name of your 'name' correct?

    -- No, fix the spelling error

    -- Yes, Is it a PE? check on your platform tab at OutSystems.com if your PE is in sleep mode

        -- Yes, wake it and wait until the awakening finishes

        -- No, create a support ticket at OutSystems describing your problem.

If you cannot login OutSystems then you can not create more free disk space by using dbcleaner tool.

So I suggest you create a ticket at OutSystems support to help you. If it is urgent, you can also call them.

Already raised a ticket from Suppot team.

Still am not received any resolution. Facing same issue.

Abstract from What kind of support is available for personal environments:

So I think your problems fits in the conditions that they should help you, if it takes days or weeks.

Why not try and call them, for details: https://success.outsystems.com/Support/Enterprise_Customers/OutSystems_Support/01_Contact_OutSystems_technical_support

Also if you just want to try something or make something new, as an alternative you could create a second PE.
