Using frames on Webscreens

Using frames on Webscreens

Is it possible to define html frames on a webscreen?
something similar to this html code:
<HTML> <HEAD>
<TITLE>Great Recipes</TITLE> </HEAD>
<FRAMESET ROWS="15%,*" SCROLLING=NO FRAMEBORDER=NO FRAMESPACING=0 BORDER=0>
<FRAME SRC="recipetitlebar.html" NAME=TITLE SCROLLING=NO>

<FRAMESET COLS="20%,*" SCROLLING=NO FRAMEBORDER=NO FRAMESPACING=0 BORDER=0>
<FRAME SRC="recipesidebar.html" NAME=SIDEBAR>
<FRAME SRC="recipes.html" NAME=RECIPES>
</FRAMESET> </FRAMESET>
</HTML>
Hi Luis,

While the design of modern web applications usually tries to stay away from using frames (mostly because they are not easy to bookmark) it is possible to do what you want by creating that file in an external editor and then adding it to the resources of your espace.

See the example in attachment.

Hello Luis,

Here goes another way to do it.
Hey,

Thx for the help guys.

Does it worth when we want to use some kind of JSTree?
Or JStree menu works with cookies and saves its current tree status?

The only advantage to me its the fact that we can easly save the tree menu status (e.g. on a left frame, and open the tree nodes on the right side without losing the tree menu status).
