Can you login to LifeTime and check your database usage? It seems you've exceeded the Personal Environment limits. You may want to use Service Center to delete applications you have installed and no longer need or, if you already have DB Cleaner or DB Cleaner on Steroids installed on the environment, you may be able to use them to reclaim some free space by deleting old versions of modules, deleted entities, etc...

If none of these options work for you, then like Nordin mentions, you will need to contact OutSystems Support for this, but they do not have an SLA for the free Personal Environments, so they will handle your case as soon as they can, with no guarantees to when that will be.
