I have found Service Studio often freezes on the Mac. I believe it is still in beta.

I expect you have already done this, but for what its worth, try this.

If you "Force Quit" Service Studio then start it again, you might find it opens correctly.  Click on the Apple Menu then Force Quit, or click Command+Option+Escape and Force Quit Service Studio.

Other than that, possibly deleting it from Applications (i.e. uninstalling) and installing again could help.

If not, I recommend you log a bug with OutSystems.
