Hi,

I have a search input box with autocomplete. I need help to pass the user ID using the Input_AutoComplete_GetIdentifier to the next screen.

I put the Input_AutoComplete_GetIdentifier expression in the button's destination UserId but its returning 0 on the next screen.

My sample OML is attached. Thank you in advance

You cannot use that expression on Button's Navigate Destination.

Remember, that navigate button is rendered once at the *start*.

So at the start, it evaluate the expression in UserId, and obviously get null.

Button is rendered with destination to DataPass and UserId = 0.

You need to use screen action as destination.

In screen action, get autocomplete identifier, then use destination node and pass that identifier to UserId parameter.

It works. 2nd question is how am I going to use the same process when the destination is a POP UP window where the id will be used? Thanks in advance
