User assigned as administrator in LifeTime can't see application in Service Studio


I have question regarding roles in LifeTime User for Production Envinronment.

For example: 

I assigned User A an Administration Role for Apps "A","B" and "C". They then can access the application from Service Studio.

Then I grant additional Administration Role for application "D" and "E". But in their Service Studio they only can see Apps "A","B" and "C".

Is there an extra step I miss for them to access Apps "D" and "E"?

Looks like you have assigned the roles from lifetime, have you configured and assigned roles from Service Center too? Please see documentation at below link, this should help you.
