Hi,

I have a page that calls data via REST to fill out some information on my screen:

However on the first time, I would only see "Welcome to" because the information is being fetched still. Any better approach on this for better UX?

Regards,

JC

Solution

Hi Juan Carlos,

You can show a blank slate or any text when an aggregate or data action does not have its data fetched. You can do this with the IF widget.

You can condition your widgets with the IsDataFetched property.

Hi Daniel,

Not the answer I was expecting but this one is pretty logical. I was able to try this one out and used the two properties on an IF to whether show the info or not. It is just that I have the 'Apply' button without any context. Lol. I may just have to ask the business what do they want for this.

Thanks,
