Never be able to access the Users application.

Hi, all.


We changed the Autentication way to the SAML2.0 from the Users Application to figure out how to configure the SAML2.0.

But we didn't really know how to do that and didn't accomplished SAML2.0 authentication.


After while, we wanted to change the Authentication way to the "Internal Only", but because the authentication way is currently "SAML2.0", we can't access the Uses Application....

(When I try to access the Users application, SAML2.0 is required. But we haven't done yet.)


Is there anyway to change the authentication way?

Or Is there any way to access the Users application?

Our current situation is following.


  • We tried to configure the SAML2.0 with the documentation you showed. But couldn't.
  • I tried to change the authentication way to the "Internal Only" from "SAML2.0". But we couldn't do it because the authentication way to access the Users application is SAML2.0.


Is there any ideas?

This way worked and I was able to access the Users application again.


What I did is changing the "UseSAMLLogin" property to False.
