Error when adding a new on-premises environment


I'm trying to add a on-premises environment but I'm getting the following error.

I have released all previously registered environments under outsystems licensing and remove the environments from LifeTime.

My question is how do I completely clean out the environment that it says it has already been added?

Are your environment's database cloned from another?

Please check if the Site Property "ServiceCenterUID" from the eSpace "ServiceCenter" has an unique value in each environment that you're adding to Lifetime. If it's repeated, that can lead to your error.

If that's the case, you should "clean" you environment following the steps on this article:
