Error log in the service center

Hello , 

I am developing a mobile application and in case of network failure , I am also handling the exception and giving the message that " your app is offline".

But I found when there is any asynchronous process like offline syncing in progress and network fails or any server action already called by the application and network fluctuate  in between before completing the action call then there will be multiple entries of "Request Failed with an error" in the error logs of the service center.


Please let us know, is there anything we can do to stop reporting these errors in the error log

please, try this:

  • Access the Service Center and navigate to the Factory -> Applications menu.

  • In one-by-one applications, especially Front End applications, press the Enable button.

If you do not want to log the network communication errors you can set the Log Error property of the Exception to No:
