Can't Access Native Platforms Tab

- Platform Server Version: 11.0.607.0

- Mobile

    Hi! 

    Nobody from my firm's environment can access the Native Platforms Tab on Mobile Apps Panel. 

This is what is shown.


I can´t find any information regarding this issue, help would be much appreciated!

I am assuming that your server is on premise. This means that your network does not have the ports open to talk to the mobile build service. You should check the documentation or reach out to support for options.


Also, make sure it is enabled for your environment.
