we have a small issue regarding lifetime (Enterprise)

We are not able to edit or create new users for example. There's no error message, but in the audit log I only see errors like this:

Failed on accessing all potential blocked IP addresses information from 'LifeTime' environment: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> ssServiceCenter.ExcptGeneralError: LifeTime component not licensed.

   at ssServiceCenter.WebServices.PlatformServices_v8_0_0.IPAddress_GetLocks(String inWSUserName, String inWSPassword, String inWSIPAddress, WORCCS_LoginAttemptRecord[]& outWSLocks, Int32& outWSErrorCodeId, String& outWSErrorMessage)

But when I look in Service Center / Licensing, everything seems to be alright.

Any ideas?
