I'm using Studio 11 and I use the extension to add a image to the excel

But someting went wrong

Error Log :

Could not load file or assembly 'Newtonsoft.Json, Version=12.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I openned the advanced excel demo but it threw that error too.

I am experiencing the same issue while calling Image_Insert(). Is this problem is resolved??

Hi guys,

We need to reinstall the newtonsoft library, I am not sure why the the newtosoft v12.000 is not being corretly referenced but I suspect that this version was brought from v10 Component version.

I solved this in my side doing this.

Delete the library reference on NUGET.

(Erros alert will be normal after the delete)

Then Re-Install the most recente version of it.

Try to Compile the solution and publish it.

As I said locally on my side this was enough, and I am sure that this is a problem about library versions.

Best Regards,

JS.

Hi.

I tried this but still the issue remains.

Minh Lê Van any news on this issue?

Thanks

I managed to get it working by commenting out the following line that just logs the range:

Steps

* Open the Advanced Excel extension in Integration Studio

* Click edit to edit the code in Visual Studio (you must have Visual Studio installed and Integration Studio configured)

* Open the Advanced_Excel.cs file

* Locate the MssImage_Insert(...) method

* Comment out the Uril.LogMessage line

* Build the solution

* Close Visual Studio

* Publish the extension in Integration Studio

* Update dependencies for the module(s) using AdvancedExcel.

Insert image will now work.
