Hi All,

I need to sync an outlook inbox or folder to outsystems table, so when an email received to inbox it has to track automatically in table attributes like Received Date, Subject, From, Body for the email.

Regards,

Vinod

Hi Vinod,

Have a look at the following Forge component:

https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/1119/office-365-connector

Thanks for your response Daniel,

Currently, I am using Outlook 2016 version and Forge component which I am referring to is Office 365 connector.

Also, I am using the OutSytems 11 version.

Vinod

Hi Vinod,

Are you running Office 206 locally, is you outlook database on your computer?

Are you running OutSystems on-premise or in the cloud?

You need at least a way for OutSystems to connect to your Outlook.

You could also have a look at https://www.outsystems.com/forge/component-overview/3061/s22-imap to get the job done. This component says v10, but it will mostlikely work in v11 too.

Daniel

Hi Daniel,

Please find the above comments in Green.

My Requirement:- Basically we need to sync an outlook inbox or folder (Generic Mailbox) to outsystems table, so when an email received to generic mailbox it has to track automatically in table attributes like Received Date, Subject, From Id, Body for the email, so that a person need not track the 'N' number of emails manually

Thanks & Regards,

Vinod

Hi,

I do think the component I referred to can be used.

But of course you need to be able to have a network connection between your on premise OutSystems environment and Office. So try to figure out if you can get access to your office 2916 IMAP server on your Citrix environment.

Daniel
