We're sorry about your installation problem. To better understand the issue you are experiencing, please run the installation of the Agile Platform again and, when it fails, press the "Help Me!" button and request help directly to our support team.
This help request from within the installer allows you to send us more log files which we need to troubleshoot the problem (the help request window that will appear has a checkbox to let you send / don't send such logs).
