[Service Studio] Issue updating references

So I have installed the latest version of Service Studio 11, as has the rest of my team.

I am the only one presented with the error below when trying to update references, and this is preventing me from doing anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled SS11 several times to try and resolve this issue.

Has anyone experienced something similar?

I actually resolved my issue, for the interim, by doing the following:

  1. I uninstalled and installed This enabled me to open the applications and update references without issue.
  2. I manually upgraded to each newer version since and found that the last version that works is, which coincidentally is the last version that seems to use the config files referred to in this post here: https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/13180/error-maximum-message-size/

The rest of my team working with the same eSpaces do not seem to have the issue, which is odd.

You might want to have a look at this post.

TL;DR: The bindings file is no longer effective starting with DE 11.6.17, but 11.6.21 fixes this by setting "MaxReceivedMessageSize" to maximum value.

Thank you, Carlos. It is not listed in the release notes though, which would be helpful.

Just tested it as well and it seems to be working.

I believe this idea can now be marked as implemented!
