There are no translations for months and other text in DatePicker (such as RichWidgets "Input_Calendar").

Solution

Hi Marco,

For DatePicker translations you should use the AdvancedFormat parameter.

Here's an example with all the items that can be translated:

"{
    i18n: {
        previousMonth : 'Previous Month',
        nextMonth     : 'Next Month',
        previousYear  : 'Previous Year',
        nextYear      : 'Next Year',
        previousDecade: 'Previous Decade',
        nextDecade    : 'Next Decade',
        months        : ['January','February','March','April','May','June','July','August','September','October','November','December'],
        monthsShort   : ['Jan', 'Feb', 'Mar', 'Apr', 'May', 'Jun', 'Jul', 'Aug', 'Sep', 'Oct', 'Nov', 'Dec'],
        weekdays      : ['Sunday','Monday','Tuesday','Wednesday','Thursday','Friday','Saturday'],
        weekdaysShort : ['Sun','Mon','Tue','Wed','Thu','Fri','Sat'],
        todayButton   : 'Today'
    }
}"

Solution

Yes, it worked. Thanks.

Just not ready to translate "today" in version 1.7.6. So until we can upgrade our platform to install the latest version (I saw that it fixed this), I created a clone and dealt with it from the translations there.
