Onesignal Failed to register: Missing oneSignal UserId or PushToken

Hello Everyone, 

Good Day!!

I'm facing below a problem when I try to register in oneSignal.

Failed to register: Missing oneSignal UserId or PushToken


It is not getting registered.

Inside the oneSignal plugin they used Javascript to Get Subscription State. But it is returning Null values for oneSignalUserID and the oneSignalPushToken.

I tried and I couldn't realize where the error is..

Could you guys help me out?

OneSignal only works if you have the app installed on your device.

I generated and installed the application on my mobile and tested.

I followed the steps which are suggested by outsystems.

I have exactly the same problem.

If you can't wait I suggest to use pushwoosh


In the mean time i will try to find why this problem starts now.

Same question here; but in my case it worked well with OneSignalPlugin version 3.4.0. Today I upgraded it to version 3.5.0 and now I get this error.

Additionally an error is logged in ServiceCenter saying:

Cannot insert duplicate key row in object 'dbo.OSUSR_E0U_DEVICE1' with unique index 'OSIDX_OSUSR_E0U_DEVICE1_16DEVICEHARDWAREID_14ONESIGNALAPPID'. The duplicate key value is (b73e2b94abb006aa, 2fdb3372-beb3-4ca8-95ee-3d9976d9023c).
The statement has been terminated.

Same issue happened as Annaemarie Sonnenberg. I upgraded to the latest version 3.5.1 and got the duplicate key row object error.


For me, I re-generate the app and install the app. Then this issue disappears.
