When you type too fast or like hold the number key on a Number mask, it can't format the leading zeroes.

Example: Hold the number 9 key.

Types in $ 009,999,999,999,999.99

Not sure if this will show up later on actual use but during the testing and you just type in any number, you will have zeroes in front. On save, it is actually correct that the zeroes gets truncated. It is just a UI/control bug.

Solution

Leading zeroes happen only when you hold the key and not if you type in fast. Not sure if this is a valid use case for us. For now I'll just tag this one as resolved but can serve as FYI.
