The output of the log you've posted is incomplete. Can you attach the full installation logs?
The file should be located at "C:\Program Files\OutSystems\Installer\Logs", and it should be a .zip archive.
Regarding the attached screenshot, it's the first time I see that popup error. What version of the Community Edition are you installing?

Thanks for the installation log. Unfortunately, it doesn't say much more about the error it self, since the installer appears to have been abruptly terminated. From the screenshot you've also attached, this seems to be what's going on.
To have more information about the installer suddent error, we ask the entire installer logs content, which exist compressed in the ZIP file C.\Program Files\OutSystems\Installer\Logs.zip.
This archive will include eventviewer logs, and additional system (network, services, etc) information about the server, which may tell us what's caus ing the installer failure.
