Login with tokens failed due to different tokens

Hi All,

I'm using an Service center API which needs an username and password as input parameter.

I used my service center username and password to that API.

But I was getting Invalid Username and password.

Also in General Log I could find below message

Login with tokens failed due to different tokens

Can someone help me getting this solved. Also would like to know about the above message

Hi Ajithkumar,

Are you refering to the LifeTime Authentication Service?

Did you try the same username and password to just login to Service Center succesfully?

You could load the WSDL of this API in a tool like SOAP UI and test it.

I just did and succesfully got a token back, be aware that the token remains only 5 minutes valid.

Regards,

Daniel

Yes this is working successfully.

Actually I'm using an ServiceCenter API, https://Hostname/ServiceCenter/Solutions?wsdl

In this SOAP API, method Delete Solution I'm trying to use.

Input Params are Solution Id, username and password for which I'm facing above error.

LifeTime Authentication Service is working for me without any errors

But I want to make use of the above service. Any idea.

Ajith

Daniël Kuhlmann, Is there a way to solve this issue.

Or am I missing or doing something wrong

Hi,

I don't know. I only have experience with the LifeTime API's,

These services are not document as far as I know. There is some old discussion from a few years back that is mentioning that they don't work in enterprise environment.

https://www.outsystems.com/forums/discussion/14876/timer-to-publish-solution/

Maybe you can asked one of the posters there for more information.
