Alert mechanism if OutSystems Platform in down.


If support for the service studio is planned any downtime. Is there any mechanism where the users will get alert messages in advance?

There is not any built-in alert mechanism.

What you can do is follow the best practice described in the below article. Which basically tells you how to create your own logic in order to check the availability of the OutSystems Platform and the underlying integrations with external systems. In this logic you could also add an alert mechanism which basically sends out and email or sms f.e. if something is down.
