Hi,

I keep getting below error when I try to drop entities with DBCleaner on Steroids:

in Service Center:

Any ideas what could cause this?

Thanks,

Menno

Hi Menno,

At the top of the page there is a delete all button. Please click that button instead of the individual entities. There are some entities that throw this error when clicking the individual drop .  I haven;t figured out why in those cases.

Hi Stacey,

Just did that, but no success. I get this error:

In Service Center is flooded with the earlier mentioned error message.

I also tried the "Work around" link and also incombination with the "Drop All" button.

Keep getting errors.

Any other suggestion?

Thanks,

Menno

Solution

Check for old solutions in service center. Solutions hold onto versions/entties and stop them from being able to be deleted.  So the order to do things is:

1) In Service Center, delete any solutions that you do not need

2) In Service Center or DB Cleaner on Steroids, delete and old versions

3) THEN you can try to delete entities.

Solution

Hi Stacey,

That helped, indeed.

The most part is gone now.

Thanks,

Menno
