Themes and Styles exercise: What do I do wrong?

After finishing the same exercise for the fourth time with the same result, Hereby my question: What do I do wrong....

I am creating a theme for the Menu-line in the application. It must have a picture (which worked) and a blue background color (not working/remains white). But I checked and doublechecked the code, and gave it multiple tries, but with the same result. What do I do wrong?

Hereby the excercise

... and the code, as explained in the exercise:

Solution

Hi Coen,

In this selector below there is a space missing. It should be like this:

.layout .header {
    background-color: #185f8d;
}

Cheers,

José

Solution

Hi Coen,

As Jose shared space is missing in the style. Not only in this .layout .header class but also in many other css classes in your theme.

Tnx for your reactions. i'll adjust the code and will let you know the result...

Hi Coen,

Please mark Jose's reply as answer if it solves your problem.
