Cannot Load Personal Environment

Hello Everyone,

The outsystems have already sent an email to me that my personal environment is already up

But I still cant use it.

Any advise on how to solve this...:(

What do you mean by "can't use it"?

By default, to connect to a Personal Environment, you must use the same credentials (user name and password) you used to register at the OutSystems Community.

Hi Gerald,

It looks like something is wrong with your Personal Environment. You should contact Outsystems Support and ask them to look into it. They will be able to fix it.

It has been 8 hours since I am having this issue

Hi Gerald, 

I can reach your service center, so your environment seems to be fine. 

May be something temporary that was preventing you from accessing it. 

Try adding https:// at the start of the address, on the environment, at the connection dialogue in the Service Studio, and see if this makes a difference.
